I cannot express how pissed off and disgusted I am right now with obsessed Robert Pattinson nutjob fangirls and Summit Ent. He is a freaking HUMAN BEING, not a blow up doll you can do whatever you want to with. You have absolutely NO RIGHT to harrass him and literally jump on him like it happened on Monday. But what happened on Monday is NOTHING in comparision to what occured today. The fact that nothing happened to him is just pure luck, it might've been MUCH worse, he could've been fucking really hurt!!! And you Summit, WTF are you doing?! Your #1 star is getting hit by a cab because he was running from crazy fangirls and you say it's 'exaggerated' and that 'there's nothing to worry about'?! Are you fucking kidding me?! He had to hire additional security himself because you didn't provide enough of it!

Due to the events of the last four days on the set of "Remember Me" and because of the most recent event, we mods are making a plea with our members as well as all the fans out there.

Today, Robert Pattinson was hit by a taxi cab on 12th Street and Broadway in New York City. Why? Because he was trying to escape another frenzied mob. This has seriously gotten out of control and Summit Entertainment should be ashamed that they haven't upped the ante necessary to keep their employee safe. But it is also not entirely their fault.

The rest of the fault falls on the shoulders of every single person that overreacts, goes hysterical and attacks him. He's a 23-year-old man. He's a person. He's not a novelty and not something for you to scream over. He's a person and if you act like one yourself, he's always more than happy to show you some kindness because he appreciates it. What's been happening on the set of "Remember Me" is not only completely ridiculous but out of control and quite frankly, disgusting. It doesn't matter whether he was only clipped by the taxi cab today. He could've NOT just been clipped. He could've been killed - he could've been killed and left behind a mother, a father, sisters, friends that love him. And for what? For THIS?

He's trying to work and go about his day but the man hasn't been allowed any peace whatsoever so we've decided to do our part in trying to get what little of it he has back by reaching out to you guys.

If you are in the New York area, please do not go to the set of "Remember Me" and do not go about trying to seek Rob out. PLEASE.

If you love him as much as you say you do, then have the decency to respect his personal space. Surely, he'd appreciate that more than anything else right now. If you're a mod at a community and you feel the same way, please feel free to post this up and source back to us. And if you're just feeling the same way, you too can post this entry as long as you source us. We're taking an initiative and we hope that you guys find it in your hearts to have a heart for Rob. Show some compassion and let the man breathe because if this goes on, then you will probably never see him do anything fan-related again. And honestly, we wouldn't even blame him.
